I live in a 3 Br house in 2000 sq ft. It feels small as shite. Can't imagine a 4bd in same size

i knew 100% that the first house was in that hood b/c i was pretty sure that it was once owned by a person i knew

then i looked up where it was in the sub and i was like "wrong side of the street". that's how much they all look alike

One of my best friends all the way back from HS builds houses in your area. He lives near the property I own SE of town. He has a very good reputation and I would recommend him to anyone in the LC area wanting to build.

You may actually know his mother as she worked in the DA's office for years. She only just retired recently.

Don't know why you're downvoted. That wood color is atrocious.

I'm not a fan of these modern ranch style houses in these big developments but being in BR I'm sure between 250-300. You can get the same house in Central or Livingston for 175.

Sad but true. LC is just as bad if not worse.

True. First one screams 1990s in need of a remodel. The kitchen has the same kinda look as my inlaw's kitchen in AZ. The same kitchen my mother in law has been complaining of needed a remodel for the past few years.

In that first house, how many turns do you have to make from the street to the garage?
4?

At least the lot is wide enough to allow them to move the garage out of the front yard, unlike most new developments in BR.

If those houses are above $250k, I seriously pity those that have to pay that for the quality, and square footage.

I'd give 120k for A, yard is tiny, neighbors are too close. Probably pulling 340k if decent schools are around.

House b, I'd give 80k for. Same reasons as above. Judging the surroundings, its going for 160k.

Come on man. You probably couldn't buy a shotgun house in the hood for $80,000.
