Just a lot to build on in many parts of those zip codes can cost $200K, location is everything.

1 is in need of a remodel in the worst way, i could never live in that. 2 at least has wood floors and could be liveable with just swapping out the black appliances for stainless steel.

No customs cabinets in either a fireplace you won't ever use to boost the price. Light color carpet to get stained in #1. Crown molding to boost the price. I wouldn't pay over $200k. They're cookie cutter houses.

Looks like the prototypical BR cookie cutter subdivisions...
My nephew lives in a house in BR in one of those subdivisions.. All of his window trim work is rotting out... They used cheap shite to build those houses..

They got all that cheap labor building houses in Texas.... that being said the housing market in Louisiana is pretty much higher than any other state in the south $ per sqft.

Our first home was a 4br at 1750 SF

i knew 100% that the first house was in that hood b/c i was pretty sure that it was once owned by a person i knew
then i looked up where it was in the sub and i was like "wrong side of the street". that's how much they all look alike
