Serious question about white male privilege

We are constantly informed by the media that women and minorities are paid less than white men.
I think this is false based on my personal experience as a woman in a medical profession. I know many women in leadership positions who are very well paid and none of them are feminists.
Women are more likely to pause their careers because we are privileged with the responsibility of birthing babies. That time off affects the average salary and opportunity to get merit raises. It's not unfair at all.
Why is this so hard to understand? If you disagree or have a different experience please explain it to me.

That's what the left doesn't want you to do. Or if you do, they want you to abort it immediately. Can't have anything coming in the way of a woman and her career!

why is it so difficult to just pay everyone a similar wage relative to their job performance?

It's not hard to understand for most of us. You are probably analytical, like most republicans. Some Democrats are all emotion; they can't be reasoned with using just facts.

Since white males are being attacked left and right by our culture, I'd say the privilege part is no longer.
And this isn't new...this has been going on since the early 90's. Covers of Time and Newseek...Public Enemy #1, the white male.

The left needs victims and lots of them. Without a permanent victim class they would never have a chance in any election.

It's not difficult and in my opinion the gender gap in pay is a statistically manipulated lie. Women or others that are b*tching about making less need to evaluate how they do could a better job.

Because we are born with an innate sense of superiority. It's in the cosmos, the ether...
So to speak.
Although...women do make better grades and are the majority at most public institutions. And single women with no kids make more than single Males with no kids.. but I digress. We all understand that sometimes there are more important things to do
Than work 80 hours a week. But...equality.

Plenty of women work up till delivery and then take 6 weeks off for maternity leave. You are telling me that that short time limits there ability to advance in the workforce? Forever restricting their pay rate through their career?

Thats what has been done for a very long time.

OP is an alter set up by a dude.
If not, we need to see pics as proof.
Good ones.

The OP is the reason generations of woman have been treated wrongly in the workplace. Acceptance is the enabler.

anything to back this up with other than your personal feelings and beliefs on statistics?

No, but many women choose less stressful and demanding careers due to having children.
My wife is one of them. She was on an executive track, and took herself off of that track after we started having kids. She has always worked full time, but she makes half of what should would've made, but she would have worked 65+ hours a week and been stressed out all the time.
It's why more female doctors chose family medicine and pediatrics, rather than brain surgery. Easier 9-5 type schedule with little after-hours call. But they also make less money.

That is exactly what studies have shown if you compare the same job and the same experience.

Try Google. I pulled up several articles on my first try.
