Plenty of women work up till delivery and then take 6 weeks off for maternity leave. You are telling me that that short time limits there ability to advance in the workforce? Forever restricting their pay rate through their career?

It's not just those 6 weeks. Women are more likely to work less and take more time off over the course of their careers.

There's nothing wrong with that and our culture allows and encourages that behavior in women.

Men are supposed to work until the die six weeks after retiring.

why is it so difficult to just pay everyone a similar wage relative to their job performance?

It's not. Do you have evidence to the contrary?

Since white males are being attacked left and right by our culture, I'd say the privilege part is no longer.

And this isn't new...this has been going on since the early 90's. Covers of Time and Newseek...Public Enemy #1, the white male.

It's been going on way longer than that. I'd say it started around 1919 with suffrage, it's just taken this long to really show.

Why would a 16-19 year old woman make 90% of male pay?

anything to back this up with other than your personal feelings and beliefs on statistics?

There is a good Freakanomics podcast on this with a Harvard Economist who did a study that found that no evidence of discrimination exist and that when variables like time taken off of work and leave of absences for maternity are taken into account, there is virtually no gap.

Sports is probably the only place where women aren't compensated the same based on performance.

Not sure what you mean. Men's sports outperform women's sports in basically every capitalistic meteric there is.
