It started earlier than that.

A lot of the issues with the world building are present in MoS

Not surprising. That statement last week about how he was backing of directing but still committed to the acting and wanted to direct all his focus to that, or whatever, reeked of total bullshite.

I know a lot of you Superman purists shite on that movie but I honestly thought it had potential. BvS was the point of no return for this shite train.

The thing is its clear he didn't like or really know much about Superman as a character. Superman wouldn't just frick up a guy's truck because he spilled a beer in his face. He wouldn't make out with Lois Lane on top of the bodies of the innocent. He wouldn't destroy a military satellite right in front of a military vehicle. He's just so petty compared to the character he actually is.

Snyder also has no vision of what happens off screen from there. The top of the obliviousness has to be when Superman and Zod are fighting, they slam repeatably into buildings and blow them up leading to the certain death of thousands of more people, and then Superman finally snaps Zod's neck in the name of 4 people we've never met? What do these 4 people matter for, it's just tears in a bucket from the absurd excess of violence we saw before. For frick's sake, at least make it Lois he's aiming at. This is just amateur shite that anyone should catch as flawed in the middle of writing the first draft.

Michael Bay wouldn't have made a movie this sloppy.

This is what I've been saying since MoS came out.

He does not give a shite what happens between scenes. It's a terrible flaw to have as a director. That trucker scene is a great example. So is the Lex Luthor scene in BvS when he gets Zods body and builds a massive structure around the damage and performs all kinds of crazy experiments and steals the codex and all of that shite. He did all of that shady shite over a period of weeks and superman never once went and just X-ray visioned around? Why did he even allow Zods body out in the first place? He was already working as a government puppet, no one asked him to look around as to why lex
Corp constructed a no fly zone and a secret tent around all that wreckage?

The way Snyder made MoS Zod is actually a phenomenal character and he's the protagonist of the movie. Although that was completely unintentional and by accident o have to assume.

That video where the guy explains his obsession with moments was brilliant.

Grant Morrison should have been placed in charge of the entire thing.

At this point I'd have to agree. If Wonder Woman is a critical bomb I don't think they'll be able to recover.

Zack Snyder was the absolute worst person to hand the reigns of DCEU over to.

Just start the F over DC. People wouldn't be upset at all..in fact damn near everyone would start to get excited again.

While I agree that WB is struggling with the DCEU, this rumor is just click bait. Go watch that Collider video where this got started, Campea says he's no scooper and to take it with a massive grain of salt. I'll wait for some reliable sources before I believe this.

Too bad Hervé Villechaize died.

I AM the BATMAN!

Why can't Batman have awesome chicks like Bond?

Always has crappy looking girlfriends.

I mean Batman has the worst taste in women historically. Just awful. Like he doesn't even care.

Tattoo cares.

See above picture.

Tattoo and Batman, what could have been?

The moment Snyder read the script for MoS and failed to say "We can't have Pa Kent tell Superman he should maybe let a bus full of kids die and then later commit suicide by tornado" is when he (along with Goyer) should have been fired.

That should have been some sort of litmus test.

Yeah, that was another point. To let innocents die being a rational point for Clark and his dad is a deal breaker. It's like Uncle Ben being involved with the mob and defending them.

DC needs to merge their film and TV universes into one, and put Greg Berlanti in charge of it all.
