While this may be just a rumor, the house of DC is clearly crumbling.

Can't say I blame him. This is a sinking ship. They need to nuke it and start from scratch.

This is the oddest series of movies. They had a roadmap laid out for them by marvel.

Instead they did the movies in almost black and white and removed anything remotely fun about a superhero flick.

It is the equivalent of making a Steven King franchise called "It" about a friendly neighborhood clown who performs at kid's birthday parties and volunteers for charity work and at the end performs at a popular rich kid's birthday part for him and his friends.

I assumed when he backed out of directing, he must have felt the script was total crap. I wondered why he was still playing Batman. Probably can't get out of the contract whereas he might have had a loophole built into his directing duties.

How bad could the situation actually be for this to happen? I mean, Affleck did not walk away from Batman v Superman.

As good as I thought Affleck was as Batman, hopefully this will be the next step in forcing a hiatus and an eventual revamp of the franchise.

The actual video that gif comes from is Brutal.

What's sucks is Affleck is actually a fan of the comics and a competent director and actor and he's caught up in Warner Brothers and Zack Snyders universe. I feel bad for the guy.

Now that DC is dead, perhaps Warner Brothers can focus their efforts on the animiacs coming back. That would be cool.

They've been locked in that water tower for way too long.

What about a horror movie where they all went insane in the water tower and now theyre escaped psycho killers?

I'd watch that. As long as the third act didn't pull some monster out of left field and kill yacko inexplicably.

I'll never understand them handing the keys to Snyder and then still allowing him to keep the keys after BvS.
