Happened on the radio show. She was supposed to speak at 5:30 yesterday and they said she wouldn't be interviewed. Not something the press would report.

It seems to me that Sammy's escalated the story by banning the judge. If none of this is true then it seesms to me they have some responsibility if the accusations are untrue. It would have been a non story if he hadn't been banned the way I see it.

Does Erwin issue a statement of his innocence and intent to pursue legal action for slander?
Because until something breaks in this case, it's kind of a stalemate with a little hoopla and nonsense stemming from the Gravy Chambers part of BR.

It would have still been a story. Sammy's is terrified of getting their name dragged through the mud so they were being proactive.

But the banning is what the major news outlets are using as their headline. I don't think it would reached the magnitude it has without the banning. I think it made it worse if the accusations are false

I disagree. I think it was a simple business decision they needed to make to prevent the inevitable "Sammy's harbors racist judges" claims that will happen until the story is ironed out.
But, if you noticed, The Rouge Collection wrote their story as a matter of fact and apparently so many people went to the page to read it that the server went down. Hell, Shaun King retweeted the story and it's getting some national attention (although likely not much). The fact that they never said "allegedly" opened them up to a massive libel suit should this story prove to be false or embellished. Gravy better start lawyering up for a possible lawsuit.
