Tried to reach over someone to hand sheet of paper to another person and paper cut his eye ball.

Sticky end of a bandaid, or something similar. Pull opposite direction.

Soak it in a warm solution of epson salts and water. Best way to get a deep splinter to come to the surface.

A strong adhesive tape. It usually works for me.

Im a quartz miner which is basically glass. I get slivers in my fingers all the time. The worst is when they shatter going in.

If you cannot get it out easily letting it fester for a few days helps. Then you can pop it like a pimple. Sometimes I take nail clippers and remove the skin around the edges to get a bite on it with tweezers.
