I say pee-row, as does everyone I grew up around, and we are about as far south of I-10 as you can get in this state

sounds like something you'd hear in thibodaux. i grew up on the bayou and never heard a single person from chauvin to cocodrie say "pee-row"

Thibodaux here, only people I know that say pee-row are from BR and north shore areas.
