We also wanted to have them try the best sauces from the most respected regions in the US, so we reached out to LawLers Barbecue (Alabama), 12 Bones (North Carolina), Gates Bar-B-Q (Kansas City) and Rudy's Bar-B-Q (Texas) who agreed to come on board for this project.
(We tried reaching out to several places in Memphis but none were interested unfortunately. Sorry Memphis, we tried our best)

Really interesting. It's a shame that good people have to live in that shite-hole.

I've watched a couple videos of Koreans tasting American food and just expected this to be like those. I was wrong. Amazing video. So genuine, and the stories just leave me wanting more.

Didn't watch, not legit. North Koreans are happy to be eating anything. Feed 'em a McDonald's hamburger, and I'm sure they'd orgasm.

Thoroughly enjoyed that video. I like how the girl preferred the brisket without sauce - instead of being wowed by the sauce she appreciated the smokiness of the brisket by itself. I'd love to take someone like that and introduce them to New Orleans cuisine. My son had a friend come in from Kentucky stay with us, and I really enjoyed cooking things for him that he wasn't familiar with. Took him bowfishing then blackened some redfish he shot. Took him to Galatoires, chargrilled oysters at Drago's, etc. Couldn't make him eat a boiled crawfish though.
