What are your plans for the weekend?
Me:
Friday: Change brake pads on truck. Too cold last weekend
Sat: Trout fishing (water was 62 degrees yesterday)
Sun: Walk the woods with a few buddies and their harris hawks. (excited as I haven't tagged along in over a year) Hope to get some good photos and video

Winn Parish camp for one last deer hunt tomorrow morning. Got a stand I haven't disturbed in a month and hoping to surprise a buck that hangs around there.
Also taking my squirrel dogs to hunt the rest of the day in Kisatchie.

Going back to NELA. Yeah, it's hot, but there aren't many weekends left. Duck hunt Saturday and evaluate the goose situation compared to our duck hunt success to decide what we do on Sunday.

Work on flooded house Saturday and go fishing for the first time since before the flood on Sunday. I could get a lot done at my house on Sunday but I am starting to have withdrawals. As always side of the road from Fourchon to Elmer's

Making one last deer hunt this weekend since I have Monday off.
Wife is super pissed - our first child is due in 33 days so she thinks I'm being 'selfish'. Maybe I am, but frick...who knows when I'll be able to get back in the woods or on the water

Friday Night: Monster Truck Show!!!! OH YEAH!
Sat afternoon: walk and scout for Sunday and Monday, decide on a plan after that.

Was supposed to run dogs all weekend since it's the last weekend. But apparently there was a big falling out at the camp 2 weeks ago. The guy whos's dogs we run packed all his shite and left. We have another member who has a couple beagles and another who has been in the hospital and too ill to run his pack all year. So my plans have changed.
Friday: Drive to camp in Simsboro and drink all the beer I can
Saturday: Still hunt and try to get 1 last deer before the season is over
Sunday: Drive to Oil City and run dogs.
Monday: Be tired as shite at work from running all over the state chasing deer.
