TIA
Never been to this city before. Looking for somewhere to eat and have some beers while watching this Natl Championship game.

Courtyard?
Great property.
ETA: Hooters? Bar at Saltgrass, or go to Margaritaville (taxi?)

Yes courtyard, work put me here & it's very nice. Nicer than what I was expecting.
Hooters would do but I was looking for maybe something local, not a chain

Get an Uber or cab to Ernest's. Right on the edge of downtown. Get the crab claw appetizer.

It's not really a sports bar. you would probably be disappointed based on what you are looking to do

Go down Old Minden to Daqs or Eddies. Local places. Eddies just got a nice remodel.

Blind Tiger is highly recommended

Saltgrass at the bar will probably be closest and best option.
Maybe Margaritaville?

Haven't been to Blind Tiger in a few years, but if it's like it was, I'd recommend it.

You can walk there from the boardwalk.

Blind Tiger is a good place. I'd recommend it. Good food if I remember too but it's been several years since I've been.

This would be good and in the area you are staying.
