with you that Harris isn't the answer and has deficiencies, primarily inaccuracy, but there's no need for the racial angle. Saying a QB is athletic isn't code for "black," unless you're easily triggered. Hell, Manziel was very athletic, so was Mariota, Andrew Luck, and this year Baker Mayfield, Nick Fitzgerald, Trevor Knight, Chad Kelly, Taysom Hill, etc, etc, etc.

Tigerdubnation is going to always bring up race. Check his post history. Eventually this thread will be whacked because of his none sense. It's sad when you can't talk football without talking skin color. He created this account back in August. So it's probably an alter by someone who was previously banned.

I've noticed the same thing. Athletic QB is a trigger phrase for Tigerdub. Yet he doesn't realize that he is exposing his own internal social issues.

Just my opinion. What's everyone thinking?

Just my opinion you need to stop posting.

I think McMillan will transfer unless he likes to sit on the bench. Don't see him competing with Scott Brennan or Lowell in 18'

Some people like to compete, I know Justin personally great dude, funny, and is in no way scared of competition, but also talk to anyone he works hard and is a great teammate to even those in front of him.

I know Harris has gotten a lot of flak, but it should be commended when you have everything going on, getting benched, and then all of these people saying you are leaving or wanting him to leave, for him to stay and say im here to compete one more year. Props in this day and age.

Having QBs that start multiple years is imperative in this league, but if you can have guys that even if they do not play much are SEC caliber recruits and wait 2-3 years for their chance, that is what bridges great programs in between the NFL caliber QBs.

If Myles does not see one snap in his first two seasons, he is not going anywhere, he knows he has it and is willing to wait and grow. Very mature for a guy his age. Lindsey Scott is also extremely intelligent and I can see from what my dad said a little Herb Tyler in him.

I was right after Curley was fired, parents said I was blessed to not be born in that year haha. But lifelong fan, student, and friend, no matter where I go in life.

Hello--how about James Winston.
Really not uncommon.

It was coach O in the Citrus Bowl post press conference, when asked about if Lindsey Scott did a good job emulating Jackson in preparation for the Louisville game, who said, "Scott is going to be a tremendous player for us. He’s a dual threat quarterback for us. Does a great job, very smart."

I'm thinking Coach O didn't have to say all of that. Therefore, I'm thinking Coach O seems to be quite excited about the prospects of that guy playing for us. That’s the impression I got.

The exchange starts at the 04:57 point.

Nonetheless, Danny Etling didn't have a bad season either. He's a pretty decent quarterback in his own right. We are not in bad shape at the quarterback position for next year whoever wins the job, and with those two young four stars coming in, I think we are in pretty good shape for years to come.

Just play the best you got. The one that gives you the best chance of winning. You think Brennan stays three years after redshirting? If he's that fricking good, let's get two years out of him, regardless of if he's a RS SO or a JR when he leaves... God bless us if he's that good

Jalen Hurts started on the bench first game as a true freshmen and is playing for a national title.
Bama also had a 5th year senior (sims) lose in the semis...
3 year starters beginning as a sophomore (McCarron) have success.

Ohio state won it all with a 3rd string QB. And the dude that went down before him was a Heisman favorite this year and couldn't score shite in the semi final against a better team.
People will hate for comparing us to those teams. But if you want to be the best, beat the best.

Play the man that gives you the best chance to win. Don't base it on raw talent. Players learn in real time action better than in practice. Knowing the system, executing, and executing in the fricking clutch nothing is working and everything matters most is the key. The X factor

That's interesting. Current coaches seem to disagree. You're probably not the first guy that this kid will have surprised. That's what makes sports so great: Unexpecting fans with mouths wide open.

If he hasn't learned to read defenses by now its way too late. He NEVER will.

Your switching between using first names and last names aggravates me for some reason. Down vote

Does Harris finally live up to his potential? He's the type of QB that Canada would like behind center, but can he keep his focus and read defenses better?

Who the heck knows? Maybe he'll finally relax now that his primary focus is winning games and not making sure that Fournette gets invited to New York for the Heisman presentation.

i agree move mcmillan some wjere on field. talented guy, i really would like to see lindsey scott on the field, maybe qb, maybe wr, maybe combo of both wr and occasionally qb but the guy makes a smart move whatever he does. dont leave scott sitting on the bench. utilize that guy some where
