I have killed several deer over the past couple years and have freezers full of deer sausage. I grilled the shite out of it and I'm looking for something new to do with it
Any of y'all have any other uses or recipes for it? Gonna do red beans and rude with it soon

You can remove the casing from the sausage before and chop up the inside and add to other meat. I like smoked sausage mixed into venison burgers, rotel dip, omelets, etc.
Italian sausage of course for spaghetti.
red/white beans as mentioned are next level with a good smoked sausage.
I once did a jambalaya with all wild meat.
deer Smoked sausage, green onion, fresh sausage, backsrap cutlets, wild turkey, wild hog. There was not much left over.

Is it a regular sausage or Italian or what?
I've made sausage and used it in red gravy for pasta, lasagna, mastacciolli ans so on. Remove from casing and use for meatballs or meatloaf, anything you'd use any other sausage for. A few weeks ago I made an Italian sausage jambalaya.

It's regular deer sausage. And some jalapeño deer sausage. I've also got ground deer meat so taking it out of the casing is it really worth it

You havent said anything about the very best use of it. Put it in the pot with a good pork roast!!! Eat it with rice and gravy :)

I've grilled it and made Jalapeno queso with the sausage added in. It was pretty damn good.

I'll gladly take some off your hands or trade for speckled trout filets. I love deer sausage but don't hunt for my own.

We make everything from hamburger helper to spaghetti to hamburger steaks. Take it out the casing and use it as you would ground meat.
