Are super feminine gay men exempt from beatdown portion of The Man Code ?

For instance, a straight man who started berating a woman in public like the flamboyantly gay man who berated Ivanka Trump would likely have his arse kicked. And if not, he'd at least have the expectation that he might have his arse kicked. That's because part of being a straight man is understanding that if you verbally assault a women, her husband, father, boyfriend is likely to beat the shite out of you. The Man Code is unambiguous about that. It's ancient stuff, hardwired into our DNA.
Gay men, particularly super-feminine gay men, don't really grow up observant of the playground code pertaining to male violence. They are more likely to be lumped in with the girls in that there is no expectation that they will ever either be expected to fight or held to account if they don't. Because of this societal pass, the gay man is more likely (like a woman) to get all up in your grill. He knows he's not going to get punched in the face.
In other words, if a masculine male verbally assaults your wife, it's on. But a feminine gay guy is given a pass, and put into the same category as a woman. There is an expectation by the gay man that he may be ultra-histrionic and over-the-top bitchy and still avoid getting his arse kicked, whereas a straight man would never make that assumption.
I also don't think this applies to a masculine gay-guy. He's likely to get his arse kicked too.
*Special Little Snowflake disclaimer-I'm not making the case for violence against gays, I'm just making an observation about our sacred American Man Code.

Does he have a dick?
If yes - you can beat the shite out of
If no - you can not beat the shite out of

I've never heard of any such exemption.

People rarely kick the asses of total strangers anymore.
Too many lawsuits. Nobody wants to get involved.
Feminine gays are some of the worst people on the planet, in general.

Answering this seems like a bad idea for the future

Not speaking from personal experience but:
Gay men in many cases hate women. They would never identify as feminine.

Is gay bashing not a thing anymore? What about smear the queer?

Now roving bands of gay men go to straight bars, wait for a poor straight guy to come out, and then pounce on him quizzing him about show tunes and Barbara Streisand B side trivia.

As a general rule no, don't beat a sissy boy.
I agree. It is the femininity and not the penis that exempts them from the beat down. Just as having a penis doesn't mean they are expected to follow The Man Code.

I'd prob be quicker to administer a beat down in the scenario you described just so no one would think I'm a discriminating homophobe.

We called it Kill The Man With The Football.
It was a much less enlightened time. Shame on us for using cisnormative language.

I believe there are chemical imbalances and mental illness- both, likely- at play for most of these types

I'd rather not fight a homosexual. They might spit blood to give you AIDS

Dammit. I've gotta beatdown coming. I hate Barbs. They'll see through it and scratch my eyes out like a bitch.

When is the last time you really cam close to fisticuffs as a real adult or even saw it almost come to pass outside of a bar where neither party was shitfaced?

Assuming this social exemption does exist and is practiced, gays are still more likely to be assaulted than straights. I wouldn't call this a privilege.

Notice this didn't happen in the south. Those people live in such an echo chamber that it thought it was ok for it to act that way.
Southern gays have manners. And if they lost them temporarily, a southern gentleman would have assisted them with finding them.

I would've spoken my mind because he was disturbing my getting from point A to point B on a flight. He's a liberal fig so he's obviously going to rant louder at my protests of him being a complete inconsiderate douche. So yeah, I'd probably knock him out right in his prissy gay jaw

I was playing smear the queer with some friends when I was 7 or so, and one of my friends' mom came outside, observed, and asked what kind of football game we were playing. We said "smear the queer." She said "you shouldn't say that word. Call it tag the f4g instead." I didn't know what a f4g was until I was like 13, and I never had an idea that that word was worse than queer.
