i honestly feel like jarell martin is the best player in the johnny jones era! who do u think is the best player? blakeney could be top 5 if he has a monster season

Mickey wilted late in the season. Martin was probably the best player under Jones.

I know most LSU fans seem to hate the guy, and he wasn't the most committed, dedicated player, but Ben Simmons was the most talented and productive player ever under Jones.

Gotta be simmons. Jones couldn't even come up with a DECENT offense to utilize his NBA skills. He's like a middle school PE coach. Just roll the ball out there and just play ball boys!

Who was drafted the highest? Maybe Simmons wasn't a team player, but you can't take away the skill the kid has..easily the best all around under Johnny.

martin had wayyyy more of an impact! he stayed 2 years and brought LSU to the NCAA tourney! not to mention the amazing dunks
