Woman dies after falling into vat of boiling chocolate

One witness said she was pulled into the tank while trying to retrieve her cell phone, and another witness said her death came about while she was pouring in ingredients. The factory where Roslina died was in Fedortsovo, near Moscow. Her survivors include her husband and two young children.
