I am always amazed at how they find people that start fires. Seems damn near impossible without a confession or witnesses.

I know a couple of fireman. A house can be burned completely to the ground and it's amazing how well they can determine the cause, how, and where to a f'ing tee. From that info and evidence, much like any crime, you can narrow a lot down. It truly is amazing.

Probably been posted already, but I hadn't seen it yet. The wife and daughters who were left home while their husband and son went out to check on the fire are confirmed dead. Well, at least the wife is. Terrible for those little girls. They probably watched their mom perish before having to decide to move on without her.

It seems like deliberate forest fires would be a weapon that terrorists would use more often. They had wildfires recently, maybe in Israel, that were deliberately set by terrorists. A coordinated effort on our west coast could wreak havoc.
