Madness, pure madness. What more can you do to have a better resume? FACT: Miles is getting jobbed right now.

If an AD wants some tier 2 failed head coach over miles, it's his loss, and miles will get the last laugh

Miles hasn't shown the ability to change. He ran the LSU offense into the ground and showed his stubbornness/arrogance. Kiffin is definitely a gamble but has much more upside. However, I wouldn't want either one running my team.

There is going to be an opening at WMU, maybe he can suck the absolute life out of another program that someone else built.

All kidding aside, Miles will land somewhere. He is established enough that he doesn't have to reach for something that isn't there.

Miles was fired from the LSU job. He was fired with good reason. We will see if he gets another shot. History says not with a big school.

Maybe they want some youthful energy instead of a once good (not great) coach that lived off Louisiana recruiting that he forced into an ancient offense. Maybe they want a coach that lets his coordinators do their jobs. Maybe they realize that Houston will never have the same talent as LSU and Les Miles isn't the coach they need to coach up lesser talent.

The game has passed Miles by. He refused to adapt and ultimately got fired because of it. At UH, he won't have the defensive talent ti bail him out and keep it close while his stupid offense clunks along.

I would hire Miles over Kiffin because I think he would have better sustained recruiting and give the program some stability. However, I think Kiffin could probably win bigger faster as at a place like Houston you really have to outscheme teams. I think he could give you just about exactly what Herman did and bounce after 2 years. Or 1 if he gets the right offer.

I have no opinion on who Houston should hire, but you don't seem to know the definition of the word fact.

I would take Kiffin over Miles at this point. One has spent three years under the best CFB coach in the country.

He has helped that team win three SEC titles in a row and one NC with one possibly coming.

He is innovative, young, and has talent. Hope is he matured under Saban and really ready to be a HC again.

Les is a nice guy that had some of the most talented teams, but hardly could field a dominant offense to take advantage of that talent.

Miles is done dude. He has proven too stubborn to adapt. Career suicide. He is the 55 year old man trying to get a job in 2016 but hasnt learned how to send an email.

Ok I will try and explain this to you in a simplistic fashion.

Please look up LSU's record the past 4 years, especially our conference record. Then look at what school has more players playing in the NFL right now.

Boom, there is your answer

Because there is 0% chance Miles can cruise on insane defenses built on elite Houston talent and paying the best DCs to coach.
