I didn't know much about this guy until another poster mentioned him. I just watched two games and I'm impressed with his play calling. A great mix of pro style and spread.

I don't know much about him, but I'm impressed he turned Nathan Peterman into a competent QB when he was flat out terrible at Tennessee.

The main thing I gathered from this is how terrible Syracuse's defense looked (which doesn't say much for us I guess after last year)

Nice! I've followed Pitt a little bit this season and really enjoyed watching their offense.

They run a system that would fit our roster pretty well. It isn't the same as what Jimbo runs, but it is similar in that it breaks some of the traditional pro style mold, even though it uses a lot of the personnel groups and formations that we use more now that Miles is gone. Take what we are running now and elaborate and extend it out MUCH further. It certainly has worked for them.

Agreed. I've watched Pitt play several times this year, and came away very impressed. So much so, I adopted them as my "other" favorite team besides LSU. I would love to see Matt Canada here at LSU.

If this follows the pattern, LSU will call Lane Kiffin and hire the Interim OC if Lane says anything but, "Yes, and Ill do it for cheap!!!!!"

I agree. Matt Canada should be the guy. We don't have a OLine that is in par with Bama and won't. Not sure how effective Kiffin is without Bama Oline and lack of calls.
