Not too fimilar with him since his dumpster fire stops at USC and TENN? So how's his quarterback development? (Besides Jalen Hurts? Looks like Sumlin-Manziel 2.0)

Who develops the incoming class and young qbs like Scott could be the difference.

He took a true freshman starting for a defending champion and is probably going to win another one with him. Not sure if that counts as developing, but he can certainly make average players look awesome.

He made Blake Sims look like a great quarterback.

Blake Sims, Jake Coker, true freshman Jalen Hurts. Friggin Jonathan Crompton. Come on, dude. Like him or not, he can develop QBs.

Well in his time at Alabama

He took a guy who bounced between backup RB and backup QB and had him throw for 3,500 yards and 28 touchdowns (both would be single season records at LSU) with another 350 yards on the ground.

He took a 3 star transfer mouth breather who didn't start the first couple games of the season and by the end of the season turned him into a 3,100 yard Passer with 21 touchdowns and lead the SEC in completion percentage

Took a true freshman dual threat QB and got him through the regular season with 2450 passing yards 21 touchdowns, leads the SEC in completion percentage, has 840 rushing yards and 12 rushing touchdowns. By the end of their season, he'll likely be pushing 3,000 yards passing and 1,000 rushing. As a true freshman.

Anyone who doubts Kiffin's QB coaching ability is extremely suspect.
