Look at the ears on jesus

It's like no one even showed her the basic idea. The shite isn't exactly complicated, but just grinding down on one side of the blade like that is going to give you a fricked up knife.

Carl has finally found Jesus

Maybe Carl gets his first kiss and drink on the same day.

Carl is a perpetual screwup. He'll find a way to mess up Jesus' plan. If only Jesus knew him.

Carl doesn't know Jesus?

Awful, awful episode. I think I feel that way because it was focused on the worst/my least favorite characters. Coral, Maggie, and Sasha are all fricking terrible and I don't give a single frick about any of them. Jesus is aggravating, and Gregory sucks too.
Best part of the episode was Michonne telling Carl that Rick has a plan (at least that's how I took that conversation), and then Jesus and Carl going to find Negan's spot. Everything else in the episode was boring as frick.
And no I don't hate the show, or whatever (always loved it actually), but that episode was pretty useless and boring. But I guess they can't all be winners.
I did love Gregory calling Rick "Rich" the whole time though.

I think they felt like they needed to make the rounds but goddamn every location doesn't need a whole epsiode. hopefully now that it's done the plot starts to pick up
part of the problem is that all the plot eggs are in Negans basket right now and this show has never much tried to have more than one thing going at any one time. once Maggie is established at hilltop and carol/Morgan at the kingdom maybe they do more jumping around

It looks like things will pick up next week. We had to see all of the locations and get some character and subplot development before the main story could progress. Member's from Rick's group are now in somewhat leadership roles at all 3 non saviors places. We had to see how it all happened.

This season, after the opener, is weak to me. I quit watching "Talking Dead" a couple weeks ago.
Part of it is I don't buy into how Negan has such a huge following and hasn't been assassinated. Maybe if we get some backstory on him.

It's not that hard to fathom. Mob bosses manage to stay in power for a while. Eventually, they get arrested or taken down, but fear can take people far.

They do these the of episodes every year. Was slow ..

That episode was shite. Whoever wrote that dialogue needs to be flogged.
"I'm talking to Jesus!"
"I'm talking to Jesus!"

Hate when they do this. Save those episodes for when it's called for.

Part of the problem with the episode was the timing. It's been a month since we saw Glenn die. The audience is over it, but TWD tried to squeeze in too many emotional moments with Maggie & Sasha.

Enids parents died in a car together or something. When we first met her. She saw them die.
