If he's plays well and has no injuries this year, he will probably get a lot more than that in the open market.

Victor Oladipo got 4/84, Jrue will get more than that, if he stays healthy this season.
ETA: I think the best they can hope for (if he stays healthy) is something like 4/94 (starting at 21 mil).
