After Houston's recent results and showing on the football field they will most likely get killed tonight at home.

What will the Hermanette's use for excuses after the game?

1) Herman knows he's leaving so he quit on the team.

2) The team knows Herman is leaving so they quit on him.

3) It's Houston (HOUSTON) they don't have good talent there.

4) It's the previous coach's - Tony Levine fault.

5) The starting QB is not 100%.

6) His players checked out after their loss to Navy.

7) It makes absolutely no difference at all that he is 3-3 in his last six games including losses to Navy and SMU. He is 21-4 overall and that is all that should matter and be taken into account when judging his HC abilities.

8) It makes absolutely no difference at all because he beat Nick Saban in the Sugar Bowl in the 2014 season.

9) It makes absolutely no difference at all because he was a successful OC everywhere he has been.

10) It makes absolutely no difference at all because he beat FSU last year and Oklahoma this year.

11) Even though Houston is playing the 94th ranked strength-of-schedule out of 128 teams they are still doing better than any other coach could do with the UH talent.

So what you're saying is the last 6 games matter more than the last 11?

Or that he is a bad coach because he lost to a top 10 team?

I said I think he finishes 10-3. Solid record.

I would've just said Louisville is the better team.

But thanks for typing all these excuses out so we can quick-reference them in Herman's defense later.

He has one full recruiting class and Louisville is probably the third best team in the Country

Anyone you hate that much probably has a lot going for them. If you care to add another couple you could mention he already has more bowl wins and about 20 fewer losses as a head coach than Orgeron.

Feel better now? Don't worry the "Tommy Boy" won't get ya if you post dumb shite about him.

You realize you're the only one still obsessing over him right? It's pretty pathetic.

If they actually beat Louisville (unlikely) you should do us all a favor and delete your account. Would be the best thing to happen to TD in a long time.

Didn't read but I have a weird feeling Houston pulls off the upset and there will be a vid of Herman postgame dancing in the locker room to Mike Jones "back then".

Would be the highlight of the season if he does it with his grill.

Petrino could beat Alabama after two or three years at LSU. he develops QB's. he was a QB. he was a QB coach.

I doubt he leaves Louisville.

I've told people to tap the breaks on the Herman love and take a more realistic view, but if he is even able to keep the score within 10 of Louisville that's a win for Herman. Louisville is a significantly better team talent wise. I hope Herman does well because I don't want our LSU admins to give up on Herman yet. better to have options with Jimbo and Herman.

I'm not sure what planet you live on but Louisville is a superior team and would be favored by 3 touchdowns or more if the game were in Louisville.

It's okay to follow football outside of Baton Rouge or the SEC on occasion.
