This is why flying isn't fun for pilots anymore; the second someone sees anything that they're not used to they freak out and put it on Youtube/Facebook/TigerDroppings and call the FAA!

Radar is totally separate from Flightaware. Radar would be what the air traffic controllers see on their screen in Ryan Tower/Baton Rouge Approach. Flightaware uses the aircraft's transponder return and then uploads that to their site.
