Just curious to see if there are other folks who've never had a set of bibs, waders, pants and jackets that fit perfectly.

At my height(6'5'') pants are always too short, among other problems.

Is there a brand that is better than others in terms of fit? I know many of y'all like sitka.

Its hit or miss. Base layer type stuff fits. Outer layer is always baggy because i eant to be able to layer under it.

Regular garments fit like regular clothes- but I wear (and like) full cut/loose fitting attire. If I feel the need to wear overalls I buy them bigger.
As much as I hate swimming in clothes, its more annoying to feel like 10#s of shite in a 5# sack.

I'm around your height buddy. I have big shoulders and long arms so I need a 2x or 3xlT.

I get 3x since they fit longer and I have bobs when I hunt

Yeah I've tried on the 2&3 X stuff, but it's like I'm swimming in clothes. And with waders and bibs it's like wearing a clown suit for me.

Can't ever find any regular tall sizes.

I need to buy them at the end of hunting season I usually put on some winter weight for warmth. Strictly warmth, has nothing to do with holidays, camp food, or bourbon weather.

I'm 6ft with a 29in inseam, a 42in waist, and a 58inch chest.

My hunting clothes make me look like a camouflaged silverback gorilla.

Besides waders I don't think I've ever purchased legit hunting clothes in my life.

Usually wear jeans (over longjohns) if it's cold and a few layers of flannels with a Columbia or Patagonia jacket.

I've killed geese wearing wranglers, a Columbia flannel and some Magellan $19.99 wading shoes from Academy.

I honestly don't think having matching gear from head to toe matters at all unless you're doing some type of turkey hunting. Painting your face is the most important thing IMO for waterfowl.

Right now, about 10# too TIGHT! I don't go bird, turkey or duck hunting, but I like to go squirrel and deer hunting. I find myself wearing less and less "hunting clothes." I've developed a fondness for lined blue jeans or Carhartt type jeans., depending on the temperature. I also like wearing "tactical" pants in drab colors. Today I wore a new pair of brown carpenter pants. If deer hunting, I wear an orange hooded sweater over a button up orange l/s shirt. When it warms up in the afternoon I take off the hooded sweater.

By the time I leave SD in the middle of November I may be back to my fighting weight with all the walking.
