I think you are trying to take credit away from ogeron and give it to Kiffin. By the way, I wouldn't define one season as success, failure, or building. That's why I said he failed twice as h.c. I didn't say he succeeded or failed at Tenn.

Jimbo is twice the qb coach and recruiter than kiffin.

Jimbo, Craig, Raymond, Aranda and Ogeron, is a staff to "hope" for. I would take that staff all day long and twice on sunday. As strong of a offensive, defensive, and recruiting staff anyone could assemble.
