Saban and Harbaugh are hardcore and intense but they have personality and can let their guard down in private with recruits and boosters

In a choice between Kelly and Herman, I would take Chip Kelly.
Kelly turned Oregon into a national power, and he could do even more with Louisiana talent.
Returning from the NFL, Kelly could recruit against anyone in the country, including Saban, and the offensive talent he could acrew would be unreal.

hhhmmm I wonder where I'd go..... Hard to win at Oregon, Chip did as good as could be expected with what he had on the roster. Look at the players the other teams above put into the NFL. Not many Ducks.
