It is the 19 year old co-pilot that troubles me.

If you know how to fly and have the hours in the air, I don't see why it would matter how old you are

I mean if a 19 year old can qualify, what exactly are the standards over at Easy Jet? I feel like either a college degree or 4 years of military training should be required. Gives you time to mature and face life situations.
There is a reason why American cost $1000 a tickets and this outfit is $100 a ticket.
ETA: I flew Great Lakes Air out of Denver on a King Air 1900D. 6 people on the flight. Pilot and copilot were both like 24 year old girls. Hey, I'm still posting .

EasyJet is actually a great airline. No frills, but I've hopped all over Europe (for pennies) without incident. I've had significantly more issues on US mainline carriers.
