DALSU comes off as a drunk teenager who's father is in high places but is pretty much spot on with behind the scenes info.
Belowpar came off as actually being behind the scenes but since his famous leaks has yet to be included with any real substantial information.
With that being said, DALSU will tell you everything the second he hears it at the dinner table. Belowpar is probably an adult wanting to keep his job and connections so won't spill beans as openly.

DALSU clearly posts fiction with no actual connections. He just mixed in some speculation with what everyone already knew and told a story that entertained the lowest common denominator on the Rant.
