Well I do know for a Fact it did not utilize the callsign usually used in transporting patients or organs. The reason I said almost is becuase the pilots may have decided that the "medical" cargo they were carrying was not time sensitive, which I highly doubt. Usually when medical transporting is in...

When aircraft are transporting organs and such, pilots utilize special call signs that afford them special priority in the sky due to their time sensitive mission. This plane is not transporting organs.( except for live ones of course)...
