Les is a good man and appreciate his service to LSU. Still, this is the right move.

Agree. Will never get the credit he deserves for guiding the team through Katrina.

Thank you, Coach Les Miles! It indeed was a great run and thank you for the memories. God Bless you and your family.

I'm definitely going to miss Miles the man as a representative of LSU. Thanks for all of the good times, Les.

Loyal. Great man. Loved the players, the players loved him.
I will always remember this time for LSU football, and it will be weird watching a game without him on the sidelines

Thanks for the NC, thanks for the good memories.
In the end it's a business and Miles knows that.

He brought LSU another national title, so I'll always appreciate that.
But a change has been long overdue.

Thank you for the most successful era of LSU football. I hate that it ended this way.

Top 4 Things For Les
1. I have you up there with my family, best friends, author Nicholas Taleb, singer Frank Ocean, entrepreneur Elon Musk, Jeremy Clarkson, comedian Jon Stewart, and others as part of the diverse group of people that've influenced me and that I've always looked up to. Thank you.
2. You are the victim of coaching in the same division as one of the best and luckiest coaches of all time, Nick Saban. If he stayed with the Dolphins, you would have won in 2011 and either 2012 or 2013.
3. I'll never forget your contagious positivity and confidence. We never lost, but instead finished second. You never threw any of your players under the bus. You always would say, "I like us". Always could dodge a question.
4. You always represented the university well on a national level and used your likable personality to endear the media, fans, recruits, players, and everyone with whom you came in contact. I'll never forget you and your actions on and off the field. Cheers.

He should have rode out into the sunset last year and not had this disgrace. Been fun but you know it was time!
