The Browns placed RGIII on injured reserve Monday after announcing he had suffered a fractured coracoid bone in his left shoulder during their loss to the Eagles on Sunday.

quote:

Under the new injured reserve rules for the 2016 season, each team can designate one player to return. Designation does not need to be made until that player is able to return to practice. A player placed on injured reserve is eligible to return to practice in six weeks and must miss a minimum of eight games.

You know, if Indians play deep enough into playoffs, it will run right into Cavs' season, and we can pretend '16 Browns didn't happen.

It's not common to have an isolated fracture of the coracoid. Typically the coracoid fractures are associated with AC joint dislocations.

Feel bad for him. His few seasons with the Redskins killed him as a player.

he did. he signed a nice contract. he is getting paid.

football is a lot like roulette. it could have happened to any player that suited up.

the con is that the RBs have an average career of one year less than is required to get the retirement.
