They weren't good enough to beat our defense and a competent in-game coaching job. No way around that! We waited far too late to give LF7 his plate. No way around that. Guice fumble shouldn't have happened. Shoulda been in LF7's hands. BH is mentally immature for SEC/high level football. BH is slightly mentally slow. And so is Les according to the past several years.

I'm saying they'll lose the 4 games I mentioned earlier. i don't care how many times they haven't lost 4-5 conference games. LSU hadn't lost a season opener since 2002 and Les Miles had NEVER lost an OOC regular season game until that shite show yesterday. Those stats didn't matter much yesterday did they?
There's a $100 on the table. Bet me if you're so confident they won't lose those 4 games.

You are in complete denial.
Are you saying Wisconsin should have been ranked near Alabama?
All the sportscasters got it wrong when Wisconsin was unranked?
So many experts. So wrong.

Who you want to give credit to? Their coach? Because he is obviously a lot better at getting players ready than that buffoon we have on the sideline every Saturday.

If the QB play and play calling had improved then I would give them credit.

Someone posted a stat yesterday about "no more excuses" comparing the number of 4/5*s for LSU (40+) and Wisconsin (8+).
Yes, but Wisconsin had 25+ Wisconsin all-state players and LSU didn't have any. :)
<- After Wisconsin beat Kentucky in the NCAA semi-final in '15, Bo Ryan when asked about beating Kentucky's 9 McDonalds All-Americans with a bunch of three and four star players said something about Kentucky not having seven Wisconsin all-stars. ->
Seriously, the talent level was much closer than recruiting guru rankings would indicate. I concede that LSU has more talent, but it's far closer than counting stars would indicate.
I explained that here:

I would also say that much of Aranda's defensive coaching is still benefiting the Wisconsin defense.

Wisconsin wasn't ranked because their schedule is one of the hardest in the country. I'd take the bet but no way to actually collect your money on a fan forum. Lol
They will prob lose 3-4 games this year. But they deserve more credit then they are getting now.

They simply beat our "POP WARNER" coached offense! The defense played well but got tired because they had to stay on the field most of the game.

Close only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, atomic bombs and drive-in movies.
Should we have a national ranking for "games almost won"?
Then we can have national rankings for "If the punter would not have punted the ball only 23 yards" and a national ranking for "If the kickoff guy had not kicked off out of bounds to give the opponent great field position to win the game"?

I'll take the number of players on NFL rosters over recruiting rankings and your opinion.
LSU - 45
UW - 26
LSU is pipeline to the NFL. We have more players in the NFL than any other college team. It's been this way for years and we haven't won anything significant in years other than the outlying 2011 season where TM almost single handedly won us a couple of games where the offense was inept as it still is. We're just a very poorly coached team.

I disagree. Wisconsin looked like the better team on Saturday - particularly on the offensive line and at QB

We call time outs cause we can't get the play in on time, then we run a dive up the middle, wtf is up with that. Our junior quarterback is one of the worse I've seen, no touch on the ball, no accuracy, poor decision making, NO improvement from a year ago, NONE. Guess you can't make chicken salad out of chicken do do. Both our lines have no depth and the Offensive Line had their butts handed to them by 2 and 3 star white guys. Our punter and kick off guy SUCK. The Tigers were out hit, out hustled and out played by a mediocre team that was better coached.
Les fed us bull crap the whole year and again, we took it, hook, line and sinker. Cam has zero imagination. College football has passed up Les and his staff, and its not over. Lotta suffering coming!

All I did was quote from articles by professional sports writers.
Not one of them wrote about how good Wisconsin is as a team this year.
Only you are saying Wisconsin is so good. Do you know something the professional sports writers do not know?
