Ah, that must be why there are no BMWs on the road.

As somebody who owned a BMW 3 series for 10 years (and has family members who have owned other models) I can tell you w/confidence that the pain in the arse w/BMWs isn't that they are unreliable drives that fall apart and frick you over, its that when they do need repairs and the warranty is out it costs a frick ton to fix.

The only common problem I've noticed BMW people have issues w/is the rear window regulators seem to fail more often than they do in other cars. But again, as long as your warranty is still good they fix it for free in a day, maybe two tops.

Really the only reason I didn't even get another one was b/c a large portion of the staff at the dealership I normally used gradually became a bunch of condescending assholes who treated people (both owners and prospective buyers) like shite.

Like being correct? It's not some minuscule difference. The LS was a Lexus before it was anything else. It was never a rebadged Toyota. Lexus existed for almost 20 years before it was debuted in Japan. You simply are wrong here, and you're too pigheaded to admit it.

I haven't crawfished on anything. Frankly, you're embarrassing yourself trying to defend yourself now.

Please link the same post again. Something might change the 3rd time you post it.

I'm not defending myself. What do I have to defend myself about?

I don't own a Hyundai branded vehicle and never have. I'm just making fun of you for making ridiculous arguments, being proven wrong and then trying to change the parameters of what the original argument was supposed to be about.

I am also doing my part. I am like a "419 Eater" scambaiter. Keeping you occupied so you can't mess with other well-meaning posters on this website with your gibberish.

So you're saying if I'm out in my Jag and another dude is in his Hyundai, and a chick is gonna choose one of us based on car alone, that she's gonna pick the Hyundai?

Bottom line is, if you and are in the club, both aiming for the same girl, and she asks us both what kind of car we drive, and I simply say, "Jaguar" and you say, "The new Hyundai mumbo-jumbo 5.7 V8 blah blah with supersonic boost blah blah" it doesn't matter ---- she's coming home with me.

1) Jags aint all that
2) Chicks don't know that much about cars
3) If she's picking you because of your vehicle, the relationship probably ends when the ride ends.

You must have shitty game if you to tell her what kind of car you have. Do you leave a fake ATM receipt on the passenger seat too?

Well if you tell her you've got a Bentley and put her in your Genesis G90 she'll never really know.

If you're black then a Jag is something to own, if you're white a Jag is in poor style. JMO.

You squirm so much that it may seem to you that you aren't being proven wrong.

Your posts:
1. Hyundai just isn't there yet. If they were, they wouldn't be resorting to a rebranding of an entire line.
2. It's shows they're trying to get away from their own reputation. Because theyre not where the other manufacturers are. There no guarantee it will work though.
3. Why rebrand if the Hyundai name is good enough? They seem to think it isn't
4. Did those manufactures try making a car significantly more expensive than their other models and pass it off as a competitor to the known luxury brands?

So, after all this and it is pointed out that Hyundai is indeed the fourth largest manufacturer of automobiles in the world and pretty much all companies had done the switch to a luxury line you change tactics to this:

quote:

The difference is that those manufactures didn't just come out of nowhere and try to pass off a significantly more expensive car as direct competition for the established luxury brands. They did it under a different name from the get go.

So after four posts it now becomes that they didn't do it from the "get-go". This "get-go" is supposed to somehow make your first four posts correct, and they aren't. You tried to change the argument parameters only after realizing your initial statements were BS.

So taking your "from the get-go" into consideration I posted a link that showed that Toyota had indeed sold two of the Lexus cars for years under the Toyota name for many years before re-branding them as Lexus.

Again, now proven wrong that Hyundai wasn't the ONLY car company to not re-brand from the get-go, to you it now became that apparently it only mattered if it was sold on US soil. Okay buddy !!!

Then there is Slackster's post about the platform/chassis for the new Luxury Genesis car being a dedicated platform that is only on that car. His post was about the chassis.

Your response: "Which Honda, Nissan and Toyota are the RLX, Q70, and the LS based on again?" I guess you were arguing that the article posted was wrong??

When pointed out that the RLX is on the Honda Accord chassis and the QX70 shares a chassis with the Nissan 370Z, again you squirm, crawfish and then it became about re-badging. When the article clearly stated that the G90 wasn't a Hyundai with a fancy badge slapped on.

You argue a point until being proven wrong and then state that the argument was about something totally different or it happened somewhere else. You are always correct in your own mind, but unfortunately for you the posts you made before crawfishing are still there.

All those words and you're still wrong. It's comical.

Just to start, none of the cars you say are built on the same chassis are actually on the same chassis. Read some of the links you posted, Google the words you clearly don't understand, then maybe you'll finally get it.
