Orbital systems cannot interdict small targets for ground troupes in a timely or cost effective manner. Nor could they prevent enemy atmospheric craft from gaming air supremacy. Your better argument would be drones v piloted air craft.

The F22 is already inferior to the latest disclosed Russian craft. It is a waste.

Seriously dude? Just link what info you think suggests that, because it's also the first I've ever heard that suggested. The Russian fifth generation fighters aren't even being produced yet. They are working on generation 4.5 last I had heard. The F-22 is not "inferior" to anything the Russians have in production and what, pray tell, indicates that the Russians are "so far ahead of us technology wise."

The best fighter the Russians have ever fielded is the SU35, which is pretty much a Russian F15

They are different fighters for different reasons. The F22 is more of a dogfight fighter. The F35 is the "I'm going to kill you before you even know I am there" fighter.
