While giving my wife the annual LSU football state of the Union, she asked me a tough question. National Championship or Fournette winning the Heisman. I couldn't decide.
What's your pick?

If I have to choose NC. It's a team sport.

Natty. But getting a 2nd Heisman would be sweet.

Heisman is pretty much a joke and has been for 20 years.

America will forget who won the Heisman in two years.

How is this even a serious question?

Not to go off on a tangent, but I hope LF gets nowhere near Heisman stats...because there is no reason for him to shoulder that much of the load this year. Guice should see about 30% of the work, leaving a fresher LF for our inevitable playoff run.

Yeah, Alabama did horrible with their 2 Heisman winning running backs. 2 titles.

One actually has a chance to happen and one has no chance due to our inept coach. Well, considering he fricked LF last year, neither have a chance to actually happen.

Someone else will win the heisman after fournette leads all year and we will embarrass ourselves into some weekday bowlgame in late December that no one cares about.

If we even play for a National Championship this season, Fournette will win the Heisman so....

Fournette would say national champs if you asked him. How is this even a question?
