Paul Rudd in forgetting Sarah Marshall

Twice he made me burst out laughing in his short screen time. First, when he is on the surfboard and realizes that he is now 44 years old. Second, when he mimics Russell Brand's accent while he lies bleeding on the beach.

Alec Baldwin in The Departed was hilarious in an otherwise tense movie.

The entire comedic performance of the cast of The 'Burbs is often overlooked.

Bruce Dern as Lt. Rumsfield and Rick Ducommun as Art are frickin' hysterical.

Honorable mention: Tim Matheson as Eric Stratton in Animal House.
