I don't know what yet...but...

Keep an eye out for something coming from LSU in the near future a day or two probably, that straightens this situation out.

Coach Miles will be a Tiger next year...

I HATE REPORTERS

I'm (somewhat) happy that this is the case but we should have realistic expectations. Any announcement by LM or Skip or anybody will be undone when the next Free Press article comes out saying that UM wants LM. The story will not "die" until Michigan hires a coach, and it will be revived when they lose their first game under that new coach.

Me Too!! You'd think that there was enough M.Vick slop in the trough to keep them busy today, without having to try and "make" another story out of Coach!! Back off rabid media hounds!!!

Maybe not something from LSU, but something will come out soon to the public that says Miles is not interested in Michigan...

Again I'm not sure what its going to be, but from my talks today it sounds like something is going to be said.

Thanks, belowpar. Honestly, having you post on here makes this insanity bearable..now I know I don't have to go racing all over the TV and internet trying to decipher a bunch of media fodder!! Have a great day! (Really.... not in the slap-in-the-face way, )

and always...

Why did Miles talk to them if he isn't interested? He is as much to blame for the media circus as anyone, HE is the one person that could put a stop to it all.

And if "something" becomes public in the next couple of days about Miles NOT interested in the Michigan job...WHAT DOES THAT CHANGE???

We're there right now.

I'd like to see a statement issued from George Bass.

If any one expects me to quit talking to LSU no matter what the reason!!! I would tell them to STFU. The same with Miles man!!! Cannot blame him for talking with his Alma Mater

If he point blank says I will not coach at Michigan next year, it goes away. Yes you will have a few yahoos will keep going on, but I promise a "read my lips, no michigan... period... shut up... did I mention no Michigan"

What he has said so far has convinced me, but I will be the first to say he has been coded (the "I havent left any wiggle room" type comments)

That is sadly, sadly deluded, my friend.

Yes. They are called, "the media," plus a few nutjobs rantards.

ESPN is calling him a liar because they believe that he told that he will not go and he is changing his word. Just saying that does not change anything man. If the media is to keep quiet UM must hire another coach. Off course if this position opens up in the next 3-5 years I think he goes for it and again I will not blame him for it.

agreed. This aint going away until Michigan hires someone. And the few nutjobs who keep this going would be ESPN. Its juicy to them and on every show that they have.
