I'm going to leave out my opinion on innocence or guilt and say I'd be excited for more episodes just because I'm entertained and shocked by the fact that a group of people like this actually walk this earth. I mean seriously...just look at these people

Brendan admitted (to the cops without a lawyer after being coached) they killed her in the garage on a mattress. No blood anywhere. You telling me Brendan and Avery were smart enough to not get any blood anywhere?

I got 100's of downvotes for suggesting that Avery committed the crime six months ago. Funny how things change.

You got downvotes because Avery had no motive and they have no way of proving he did it.

To me it was crazy how the DA got 2 convictions of the same murder yet presented 2 completely different stories in each case as to how the murder went down. IIRC, for Avery it was done in the garage where they found a bullet. For Brendan it was the brutal rape and murder in the trailer. Also various other differences between the cases they presented. Just crazy that can be done.

Brendan admitted
So was he manipulated or was he telling the total truth? Is he a simpleton with no working memory or can his statement be trusted?
The evidence is what the evidence is. Someone (Avery and, perhaps Brendan) killed her, at the salvage yard, dismembered/burned the body and hid the vehicle in the area, period. How it happened is not required to convict. They framed a guilty man. I buy that theory.
Doesn't mean Avery didn't do it. Occam's Razor and a lot of evidence DOES support this. In fact, if you don't believe he did it you really only have 2 other options:
The cops did it and did so from the very beginning in order to frame/jail Avery for it.
Other Avery (simpletons) did it and did so from the very beginning in order to frame/jail Avery for it.
I'm not creative enough to come up with a third even remotely reasonable alternative. I'm not buying the victim's brother or SO theories because they would not have had unfettered access to the salvage yard. One or more of the Avery clan would have seen/said something. Those are less likely than the crazy cops/other Averys doing the killing and framing Avery for it.
So, are you wearing a tinfoil hat or you think that the cops planting the key, for example, is enough to through out the conviction and allow a brutal murderer to walk free?

because Avery had no motive
Clearly his motive was - the state and/or "bitches" "owed" him one. It isn't any more complicated than that.
Recall how he manipulated his parents - it's all there. He's not a rocket scientist either, but he has a significant level of animal cunning. It's enough to manipulate a large portion of the viewership of this series to believe he's innocent of this.
He might have gotten jobbed by the cops/DA but he did this - that much is pretty clear.
But, Gruber was right - Americans are largely stupid and easy to manipulate.

I think the two kids who saw her enter the compound did it. The ones who were going hunting or fishing or whatever. Brendan' brother I think. He has a past history of sexual violence. Avery does not. And I don't think they did it to frame Avery I think they just kept their mouth shut when the cops came. There's no reason not to crush Theresa's car in the crusher. A crusher that Avery knows how to use and those kids almost certainly don't.

I think it was 1 kid, 1 adult, IIRC - one of the brothers/cousins-in-law adults and one of his "nephews" (it does get complicated when the family tree don't fork right.)

You think those teenagers who grew up on that yard don't know how to use the crusher?
I think Avery was going to crush it, but he ran out of time that day and he didn't get an opportunity to do it later.
It's weak sauce to say he didn't commit the crime because he didn't do it perfectly. The others (and I'm almost sure 1 was a grown arse man) didn't know how to crush the car, but knew how to distribute her remains to make Avery look guilty? They knew he called Autotrader and specifically asked for her? That he called her 3 times blocking his number?
I can buy a raw theory that Brendan was only peripherally involved or maybe just saw some shite after the fact - it would be tough for me to buy he knew "nothing" about it, but I can buy he was, maybe, another Avery victim.
But, Avery? Come on man.

Explain no blood anywhere on the compound. None at all.

Avery has a history of drawing a torture chamber he said was for the use of confining and raping women when he got out of prison. I'm sure you will respond that drawing something out or saying you are going to do something doesn't mean you actually will or did. To which I would agree, except it becomes slightly damning when the body of a dead woman whom you requested several times to come to your house ends up on your property which also happens to be the last place she was confirmed to be alive

Prove it.......
Unless you are saying "prove it to me" which is a subjective requirement and target that can be moved at your pleasure, they did "prove it" in the technical sense of the word...legally...in court.

All of it.

The burden of proof is on the state not Avery. There were multiple people on the compound capable of committing that murder. They just so happen to pick the guy suing the police for millions

This. I think Tadych was more likely to have done it than Avery.

No, they didn't. You clearly weren't following the hype. If they did, list it, if you can't, or I have to Google myself, then it's obviously not big enough for you to remember.
