My Aussie shepherd knows 29 words and he is only 8 months old.

He knows what the peanut butter means. That's for sure.

My lab doesn't know a whole lot of words, but he's dialed in on tone of voice, facial expressions, and body language.

I have a Wildrose dog, her vocabulary is greater than mine. That said, her education cost more than mine.

Two.
Treat and eat.
I'm sure he knows more, but he doesn't listen very well.

My black mouth cur knows more hand signals than words. But If I had to guess she knows about 20 verbal commands. 29 is pretty good man, keep it up.

My 5 month lab has that same list. He also knows some of his toys by name. He has gophy (old gopher headcover), ball, and an old Hooters cap he knows as hooter-hat.

He knows mother fricker means he is in trouble.

My dog is old and deaf now, so none. She used to understand a handful.

Get down
You can come up
Outside
Hungry
Get it (waits for permission to eat)
Monkey (any fabric toy)
Ball
Bang (play dead)
These are all automatic
