Man accused of illegally owning human brain, using embalming fluid to get high

Lol, they used to warn you in school about people selling weed laced with stuff like embalming fluid and cocaine.
I always just wondered why someone would put two things together and not sell it at a higher price? What idiot drug dealer would take the time to lace marijuana and sell it at normal price?
