O'Reilly already settled with the woman he was sexually harassing a few years ago. Is Fox News OOC?

She complained about Steve Doocy but Roger Ailes didn't do anything about it. Ailes is the boss so I don't know who she would complain to about him other than filing a lawsuit.

Also probably pretty difficult to get another job in her chosen field if she just ups and leaves. Not to mention, if what she says about Ailes is true, I'm sure he'd shite talk her to everyone.
So, she took the pay cut, the lower visibility job, didn't make any waves and then he fired her. Suing him is her only option.
