Anyone know why cops are flying down Airline Hwy?

I have seen at least 10 cops flying down Airline towards Prairieville. Does anyone know what is going on?

This is random. When I am on airline and I see cop cars flying in one direction I don't really think twice about it.

I am not sure if this place is even open anymore, but it was located almost right across the street from the old walmart. That might be more into Gonzales, but it was an old beat up concession stand type structure, dirty as hell, but had some good burgers. Anyone know what I am talking about?
