What kind of job are you looking for? You can find templates on Word or even just do a google search they have plenty of good ones. Depending on who you are applying with and if you send your resume online ensure you match some key words with job descriptions ,because a lot of companies use resume matching algorithms so if your resume doesn't have key words it will toss your resume out.

Your best bet is simply to create one in word using a template. Anything post 2010 has some very good templates.
You can make it look more professional by converting it into a PDF file. (some jobs prefer that)

Definitely convert to pdf just so there aren't any accidental last minute edits in transmission.

They key to a decent resume is decent job experience. Which I doubt you have since you are too lazy to make your own resume

Google a template and tweak in word.

Corporate recruiter here, read through the job discription of what position you are applying to. We use searches through the database that ping resumes off of predetermined search words for each position. It's also pretty luck of the draw if I call you or not, and please for the love of god don't use some stupid arse font I can't even read. I understand career changes, so if this is a totally unrelated field it's ok as long as you can somehow relate it to what we are offering. Good luck man.

When it comes to resume checking, going to a career center is very smart.
