Bruh, your boy won the title for Cleveland and is considered one of the GOAT's. You can stop being insecure now and defending him. The mission was accomplished.

Jordan: way more exits before the finals but losing prior to the finals is better than losing in the finals. Solid logic

The East was incredibly deep during Jordan's early years. It's been a joke for Lebron's entire career.

Michael Jordan averaged 37 points a fricking game for a fricking season. Lebron can't even count to 37 even with the assistance of his commercial script cards explaining how to do maf.

And y'all won't recognize that Lebron would have much better stats if he was able to go against the players MJ did with illegal defense and whatnot.

illegal defense can eat a bag of dick chips too. Lebron gets fouls whistled for him every time one of his remaining pubic hairs on his head gets touched.

Jordan quitting after his first threepeat had a lot to do with his father being killed. Originally he talked about not being sure he wanted to play in the NBA when his dad wouldn't be there in the stands to watch.

Anyway, the road for both guys was different. Both because Jordan was playing in an era with great Celtics and Pistons teams to overcome and because Jordan really worked hard on his strength to absorb the physicality of bigger men pounding on him. Even if he had entered the NBA straight out of high school I don't think MJ had much of a shot to win until his body fully matured and Pippen developed into a HOF player.

Lebron has had an easier road to the Finals, but (with the exception of the Dirk series) has maxed out his opportunities.

Different eras. Different competition. Different players and different obstacles.

What will the interesting over the next four years will be seeing if Lebron's outside shooting can be reliable - without that or a more polished post up game I think Lebron will have a hard time winning two or more championships after the age of 31.

How does Michael follow up a 37.1 ppg season? (lebron wouldn't know cause he could never do this) ... he goes out with a 35 ppg season with 5 % more effeciency in fg%. All you lebronies love you all some PER, Michael's PER was over a point higher than Lebronda's at this point too.

all we know is Lebron had 4.5 more years to accomplish those things.

It took Jordan 6 years to carry his team to the finals. It took Lebron 4. At the age of 31, Lebron has twice the number of finals appearances that Jordan did at the same age. Jordan is still the GOAT, but I don't understand why Jordan gets a pass for his team getting eliminated sooner. If Lebron's teams had simply not made it the finals the years he lost in the finals, he'd have a 3-0 record in the finals at age 31, same as Jordan.
