A very strange motorcycle accident

Guys are hot rodding on a motorcycle and one runs into a lady. Then WTF guy pulls a pick ax out of his pants at 3:25. Lady on meth screams at traffic throughout the video.

I think the group was stealing motorcycles and the pick axe is for punching out ignitions. Notice how none of the people he was riding with stopped.
