Jared Poche is certainly gone so LSU needs a healthy Latz to perform behind Lange and they need anoyher pitcher to step up, the is obvious.

Lange/Latz should be a good 1/2 as Lange came around late after a rough start to the year.

Cole Freeman and Jesse Stallings are as good as gone as well.

Hunter Devall was the only senior correct?

Robertson/Deichmann I'm not sure about. They may want to get their pro career started and I know Robertson could go as the finicial incentive isn't as a huge big of a deal because his mom is Kim Mularky in case you didn't know.

So LSU would be looking to replace 4 players for next year assuming no one leaves via transfer, arrest, or grades.

LSU looks to be in great shape next season, Super Regional/CWS here we come

LSU had a great season and went further than A LOT of people predicted. This was a good season even though it ended it defeat. Seems people can't understand that unless it ends in a Championship.

That's all great, but can they hit when it matters?

Give Lange 8 runs he should win.

There will be transfers thats for sure. I have a few in mind that will likely be gone. I'll be more interested in see how many guys that started this year lose their spot next year.

How do you know Poche, freeman, and stallings are going pro? Do you know them personally or have you heard from someone that knows them?

Wow!! Just give me a quick estimate of how many times you have written that, 10,000? 15,000?

You need to get another mantra.

Probably because it's pretty rare for guys that are remotely draftable to return for their senior season

Freeman is coming back. Stallings and Smith are gone.

Incorrect. LHP Valek is a senior also.

Both are coming back.

Since April 29th
42.1 innings
10 runs allowed
38 strike outs
14 walks
31 hits allowed

That is an ERA under 3

More worried about the transfers, there always seems to be one or two guys who we need.

I'm just not sure why Deichmann doesn't come back, of any player drafted he has the best chance of improving his draft stock next year.
