You have the same problems and get the same benefits with either. It's the same thing.
Let it go. Also get used to handling situations like this better until you get older and can afford a house.
And even then you may have asshold neighbors. It's just harder for them to bother you.

Do you get to see them often in passing? Just stop and obviously stare at them while shaking your head in disappointment. Be the bigger man. And by that I don't mean "take the moral high road". I mean make them feel small and shitty.
