I've bought gallons of it before, but it's been a while.

Red Diamond is nasty. The only way to go is either make my own, Chick Fil A, or McAllisters. Cane's is good also but too sweet sometimes. Have to get 1/2 and 1/2 with them.

Red Diamond in my area is only good from one source; Macs Fresh market. Getting it from other places nets unacceptable results.

Also Milos and Great Value have been consistently good.
Its sad to see RD go down hill.

Red Diamond used to be nectar.

Refrigerate it all you want, it probably sat in a hot warehouse for 2 months before it got to the convenient store.

I don't drink their tea, but I could hit a golf ball from my back yard and hit their warehouse and headquarters. Best friend's wife works there. I'll ask him what he is hearing about this.

Gold Peak tea is made by the coca cola company and uses real sugar. It's pretty good and high quality. They make the lemonade/tea version too and its awesome.

You gotta wonder about that. Not all of has to refrigerated so some probably does sit in hot warehouses

And no one says much about it. Don't ppl notice the taste? Otoh people eat meat with gristle and don't seem to care. N

when a server at a restaurant offers 50-50 tea her tip goes up to at least 25% for us.

that sounds kind of disgusting to me...but if it is not toxic and people don't mind drinking it, I am really not sure what the big deal is...
